Corporate Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the activities of our decentralized accounting team.

• Participate in the monthly/Quarterly/yearly TEPDK closure, performing accruals, reposting, allocations, depreciations, stock adjustments, and customer invoices.
• Be responsible for performing, evidencing, and documenting all assigned SOX controls required to achieve SOX compliance.
• Oversee and control the activities of the decentralized accounting team, which is part of TotalEnergies Global Financial Services.
• Review balance sheets for group companies' ledgers, check and control for the posting and clearing of oil and gas invoices, and oversee asset accounting.
• Support the Shared Service Center Team (SSC) in different areas of posting and queries, contribute to control tasks for company closing calendars, and identify potential mistakes.
• Apply group procedures and best practices in accounting tools, identify possibilities for SAP process improvements, and participate in external audits, financial, or cost recovery.
• Provide ad-hoc support to other team members and the team leader.
