At Secomea, we're on the lookout for a seasoned Sales and Marketing Specialist to spearhead our growth in the Nordics. As a key member of our Revenue team, your mission will be to build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new opportunities, and drive sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and drive business growth in the Nordics.
- Establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, developments, and best practices to continuously improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform sales decisions, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Pursue new business opportunities, self-prospect within our customer base, and negotiate agreements to achieve organizational goals.
