Rosendahl Design Group (RDG), a leading Danish design house, is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as VP, Global Sales. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, leading and motivating the team, and securing market share in Scandinavia while expanding our presence outside of the region.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with our CEO and management team to establish and execute Channel & Market Strategy for RDG's eight iconic brands.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Setting the framework for Global Sales and communicating a clear direction to the team
- Establishing and executing Channel & Market Strategy for RDG's eight brands
- Leading the team and ensuring that competencies and motivation are continuously developed and adapted to create future-proofing
- Closely cooperating with Key Account Managers to establish business plans with major customers and ensure a more strategic, long-term, modern, and digital approach to sales
