About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our Back Office support team.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving customer success through seamless and effective communication around customer issues and requests.

You will be responsible for providing technical support via our XCI Ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries.

In addition, you will provide internal support to our System Consultants, including uploading files to the customer portal and performing configurations.

Your strong technical background and experience in customer support and success will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

As a natural communicator, you will thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be motivated by continuous learning and exploration of new technologies within the field.
