As a Qualified Person (QP) delegate, you will support the release and daily operation of the CMO cell at Lundbeck, ensuring the release of life-saving products to patients worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience working on projects and change management within CMO manufacturing. Effective communication skills, a personal drive, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. A master's degree in pharmacy or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience is required.
In this dynamic CMO team, you will work collaboratively to achieve excellence and be courageous in stepping up to address difficult issues. You will report to the Director of Quality Assurance External Manufacturing. This position offers 5-10 travel days per year to build and maintain relationships with our CMOs and perform audits.
