Job Details
- We are seeking a part-time Lounge Assistant to work a minimum of 60 hours over 4 weeks, with potential for more shifts.
- Shifts will be mostly afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming lounge atmosphere.
- Provide top-notch customer service by interacting with guests, assessing their needs, and checking identification.
- Prepare and handle food and beverages while maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Replenish supplies, clear and clean tables, and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- You must be an empathetic team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in high-standard service, such as restaurants or retail, is preferred.
- Calm under pressure and flexible are essential qualities.
- You must be able to successfully complete an expanded background check.
- Basic IT skills are required.
