About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Performance Lead. As a key member of our Membership & Personalisation team, you will be responsible for leading the target setting process within Membership & Personalisation.

You will oversee the forecasting and target setting process, supporting M&P Performance and aligning with LEGO Group's OKR and LEGO Retail's planning process. You will manage the P&L process to drive a profitable membership program, investigating trends, supporting business cases, and providing actionable insights in partnership with Finance.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in commercial performance management, finance, and/or analytics, with advanced Excel experience being a must. They will excel at communicating with senior collaborators, conveying clear, concise, and actionable recommendations based on a solid foundation.
