Your Impact
In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our global processes, driving efficiency, innovation, and business excellence. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to align technology with business strategy, enabling enhanced operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and scalability for future growth.
As the Director, ERP Transformation, you will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive ERP transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver transformation results, including change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure high-quality execution of the transformation, meeting scope, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Drive business process improvements through the effective use of SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure transformation progress and impact.
