Opgaver

Du vil være ansvarlig for følgende opgaver:
  • Registrering af donationer, herunder opdatering af donoroplysninger samt generel support til fundraisere
  • Løbende bogføring i e-conomic, månedsafslutning samt løbende afstemninger – nyt ERP-system overvejes implementeret
  • Fakturering, betalinger og interne overførsler
  • Lønkørsel (Zenegy) for danske medarbejdere
  • Udarbejdelse af projektregnskaber i samarbejde med teams i Kenya og Nepal samt løbende controlling i forbindelse hermed
  • Hjælpe CFO med udarbejdelse af ledelsesrapportering, herunder månedsrapporter, kvartalsrapporteringer til bestyrelse mv.
  • Udarbejdelse af materiale/dokumentation til revision
  • Indrapporteringer til Skattestyrelsen og andre myndigheder
  • Assistance med udvikling og optimering af økonomistyring samt administrative rutiner og processer generelt
  • Support med den daglige drift af huset, herunder kontakt til leverandører, forsikringsselskaber m.v. i relation til dette
