At Novo Nordisk A/S, we are seeking a seasoned Production Finance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in driving the planning and reporting of raw material consumption, raw material deviations, and inventory.

In this exciting role, you will collaborate closely with our line of business in Emerging Technologies' oral production site in Denmark and with our finance teams across the full area. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the planning and reporting of raw material consumption, raw material deviations, and inventory.
  • Ensuring product costing, unit cost, and associated processes meet high-quality standards.
  • Acting as a trusted business partner for production accounting-related activities.
  • Upholding financial compliance and ensuring housekeeping by aligning accounting treatment and cost classifications with our global finance team.
  • Taking ownership of the complete SAP standard costing model, focusing on finance master data, budgeting, actual costs, and ensuring accurate allocations across the full ET area.

To succeed in this role, you need to possess:

  • A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a finance role at larger organizations covering production in the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
  • A process-oriented mindset, displaying interest in mapping, streamlining, and optimizing processes.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, good communication and presentation skills, and an ability to serve as a trusted business partner.
  • Solid experience with the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel, along with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

You will report to the Head of Finance and be part of our production accounting finance track, which includes one current production finance partner.
