We are looking for an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to drive new business growth and nurture client relationships in the Swedish market. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our success in the Nordics.

Your Role

You will be part of our Business Sales team, reporting to Joakim Jensen, Sales Manager. The team currently comprises passionate individuals working from Copenhagen, focused on delivering exceptional sales performance and driving customer acquisition within the broader Commercial function.

Key responsibilities include handling inbound sales inquiries from potential SMB customers in Sweden, reaching out to existing customers to upsell and cross-sell relevant services, conducting proactive outbound sales to potential new business clients, managing short sales cycles, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.


Requirements
  • Proven sales experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, with a strong track record in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Sales-driven mindset: You thrive in a performance-oriented environment and are motivated by ambitious goals.
  • Strong communication skills: Outgoing, solution-oriented, and able to engage customers effectively.
  • Industry background: Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and sales analytics to optimize performance.
  • Language skills: Native-level Swedish and fluent English. Danish is a big plus.
  • Location: Must be based in Copenhagen and work from the office at least 4-5 days a week.
