We are seeking a CRM Lifecycle Specialist to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a CRM Lifecycle Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing CRM campaigns, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with the Membership & Personalisation team on broader strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement CRM lifecycle strategies to boost member engagement and retention.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to refine CRM campaigns.
  • Segment audiences to deliver personalized, relevant messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Membership & Personalisation team on broader strategies.
  • Develop campaign briefs and partner with the CRM Hub for execution.
  • Catalogue and manage CRM lifecycles and trigger programs, prioritising them for development and execution.
