Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer I to join our team at IPS-Integrated Project Services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support the delivery of individual projects, focusing on quality objectives. This includes coordinating technical design disciplines, resources, and project scope to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate project timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain working knowledge of project scope and apply knowledge to project activities.
  • Communication: Interact with clients and promote positive relationships.
  • Design Coordination: Monitor design content and quality, and coordinate design revisions for constructability and compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in management, engineering, or equivalent years of experience in a technical field.
  • 1 year of engineering experience working for an A/E firm.
  • Construction or manufacturing experience related to design will be considered.
  • Expertise in computer operation for engineering design programs and computer-aided drafting.
  • General knowledge of system design and applicable codes in specific discipline-related areas (Mechanical, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical, or Process).
