About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineering Architect to join our team at Genmab. As a key member of our Quality Engineering department, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and leading all aspects of the validation and testing architectures for our research and clinical development platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Enhance Automated Test Frameworks: Utilize tools such as Groovy, Yaml, Ant, Shell scripting, Ready API, Maven, NodeJS, Bash scripting, and Fortify to develop and enhance automated test frameworks.
  • Design Test Strategies: Design test strategies specifically tailored for AI/ML products, Cloud service architectures, Data Engineering solutions, and Data-as-a-Product offerings.
  • Implement Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ): Implement IQ, OQ, and PQ within the Test Validation Framework to ensure compliance and integration in product releases.
  • Collaborate with IT Teams and Business Partners: Collaborate multi-functionally with IT teams and business partners to define and improve test strategies, frameworks, infrastructure, tools, and coverage.
  • Lead Defect Tracking and Documentation: Lead the documentation and tracking of defects using tools like JIRA or HP QC.
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to select appropriate tools, automation frameworks, and methodologies for improving testing processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD Pipelines: Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, functional, API, Security and performance testing.
  • Proven Experience in Solution Automation Architect Role: Proven experience in a solution automation architect role, preferably within a GxP-regulated Life Sciences environment.
  • Expertise in Relational Databases and Performance SQL Scripting: Expertise in relational databases and performance SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with XML, Java Libraries/Frameworks: Familiarity with XML, Java libraries/frameworks such as CXF, JAXB, and Spring.
Certifications (Desirable)
  • ISTQB, PMP, ISEB, SAFE, AWS, AZURE, QAI, ITIL, CISSP, CSQE
Skills
  • API/Web Services Testing: Proficient with API/web services testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, and ReadyAPI.
  • Build and CI/CD Tools: Experience with build and CI/CD tools like Gitlab, Jenkins, Teamcity, and Maven.
  • Data Reconciliation Validation, Security Testing, Virtualization Technologies, and Containerization: Strong background in data reconciliation validation, security testing, virtualization technologies, and containerization.
  • System Integration and Cloud Service Architecture: Knowledge about system integration and cloud service architecture, such as Gitlab plug-ins to selenium and datalakes (AWS and Azure) And Atlassian enterprise platform.
  • Test Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Tricentis, Selenium and Cucumber and other automated data validation frameworks.
Experience
  • Minimum 7 Years in OO Software Development/Architecture: Minimum 7 years in OO software development/architecture, preferably Java.
  • Extensive Experience in Automated Testing: Extensive experience in automated testing and familiar with commercial tools like Rational Quality Manager.
  • Experience with Orchestration Engines, Workflows, BPMN, and Mocking Frameworks: Experience with orchestration engines, workflows, BPMN, and mocking frameworks is highly advantageous.
