About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Specialist to join our Human Resources IT team at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines System. As a System Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services and supporting the business in process development and lean process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Development and Improvement: Support the business in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  2. IT Service Delivery: Ensure the timely and effective delivery of IT services to meet business needs, including analyzing issues and problems, reporting errors to suppliers, and verifying solutions.
  3. Business Requirements: Translate business needs into IT requirements and specifications, working closely with business stakeholders and IT providers to ensure alignment.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and IT providers, analyzing and structuring problems and issues to develop working solutions.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Strive for continuous improvement and adaptation of services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience after completed studies, preferably in a similar role.
  2. Technical Skills: Experience with Success Factor, SAP HR, and related systems, including integrated payroll areas.
  3. Business Acumen: Understanding of the HR business area, including processes, functional requirements, business applications, vendors, and interfaces.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Ability to communicate and collaborate with both business stakeholders and IT providers.
  5. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and structure problems and issues to develop working solutions.
  6. Language Skills: Fluent English in speech and writing.
