Your Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Martech Consultant to join our team in Oslo/Tønsberg. As the strategic driving force behind our business, you will design and implement solutions that harmonise marketing technology with business objectives.

Your key duties will include:

  • Leading the alignment of marketing technology with business goals.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.
  • Oversight of the consolidation and optimisation of tech stacks within client organisations.
  • Promoting seamless change management, focusing on the human aspect of technological integration.
  • Ensuring collaborative efforts among various functions to guarantee streamlined operations.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, seamlessly integrating them into existing systems.
  • Emphasising customer-centricity, ensuring that every solution delivers tangible value to the end-user.

Your Essential Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree or higher and extensive experience as a consultant or in a comparable field. Your expertise should bridge the gap between business and IT, with a proven track record in strategic Martech positions.

  • Proven experience in a Martech or similar strategic role, coupled with a deep understanding of marketing technologies.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, enabling you to drive change and influence C-suite decision-makers.
  • Ability to navigate complex tech stacks and integrate new technologies with ease.
  • Future-focused, with a solid grasp of emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to distil complex concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative team player with a flair for documentation and process mapping.
