Stockroom Associate Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and controlling stock movements. This includes carrying out replenishment of sales floors within areas of responsibility and participating in visual merchandising and housekeeping initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and control stock movements
- Carry out replenishment of sales floors within areas of responsibility
- Participate in visual merchandising and housekeeping initiatives
- Collaborate with the team to drive sales and achieve store goals

Requirements
- 1+ months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales
- Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment for customers by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Effective customer service and sales skills
