Lead the Way in Database Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Team Lead to join our Global IT department at Danish Crown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Database team and ensuring the stability and reliability of our SQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate tasks and projects with project managers
  • Report on internal projects
  • Make operational decisions within the team
  • Allocate tasks from our ticket system
  • Manage stakeholders across the organisation

You will also participate in technical tasks on a day-to-day basis and ensure that we maintain a solid focus on service and developing the way we work. Specifically, you will be instrumental in setting the direction for the architecture of our systems.

Requirements:
  • IT management experience, perhaps as a team lead
  • Experience within SQL, backup and monitoring
  • Fluency in both Danish and English
