In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Safety of machinery and process equipment.
- Commissioning of Machinery and Process Equipment.
- Safety legislation and regulatory aspects.
- Safety and risk management.
- Risk assessment and hazardous areas with flammable liquids and dust assessments.
- Hazardous area classification (ATEX) and explosion barriers and documentation.
- Safety solutions in complex installations with explosive atmospheres.
To succeed in this position, you should:
- Have a relevant technical educational background such as Marine Engineer, Engineer, Electrician or equivalent.
- Hold 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Possess solid experience in machinery safety, the machinery and ATEX directives and harmonized standards.
- Show a self-starting approach and drive, while also being able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Enjoy knowledge sharing and collaborating in teams.
