We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Planetary Health Investments team as an Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in analyzing global private equity and growth investment opportunities, supporting deal evaluation, and driving due diligence workstreams.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, modelling, and valuation to support deal evaluation
- Perform research on sector trends, competitive landscape, and strategic differentiation of target companies
- Participate in transaction execution, including due diligence workstreams, management team interactions, and site visits
- Monitor and manage the financial and operational performance of new and existing portfolio businesses
- Draft investment committee recommendations and documentation
- 2+ years' experience as a full-time Analyst or similar role from a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, or corporate development/M&A function
- MSc in Finance, Economics, or Business from a top-tier institution
- Strong financial valuation and modelling skills, as well as commercial due diligence expertise
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in deal teams
- Familiarity with due diligence processes on investment projects preferred
- Fluent in English
