About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management, with a strong background in risk management. They will also be responsible for collaborating with various departments, including Legal Denmark, International, and Sales, to facilitate the smooth handover of contracts and conduct risk assessments on LTSA proposals and contracts.

About Your Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting tailored LTSA contracts, budgetary proposals, and maintenance plans.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure strict adherence to our policies and guidelines.
  • Maintaining a constant focus on refining LTSA Contract templates to align with our evolving product offerings.
  • Facilitating the smooth handover of contracts and conducting risk assessments on LTSA proposals and contracts.
