Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic planner who can contribute to the success of our high-profile capacity expansion project.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Project Planner to create detailed plans and schedules, monitor project performance, and analyze data to inform decision making.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resource allocation and planning.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing scheduling software to track progress.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance Management, or Construction.
- Extensive experience in project management, preferably in engineering production or construction.
- Familiarity with scheduling software such as OPC, Primavera, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
