We are seeking a skilled Regional Alliance Manager to join our team in the Nordic region. As a Regional Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing a successful Partner strategy that drives our business opportunities within the Solution Provider ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:

\
  • Develop and execute an annual business plan with key Solution Provider partners and CrowdStrike leadership.
  • Maintain strong relationships with executive leadership at assigned accounts to promote account campaigns, plans, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to review progress and successful execution of business, GTM, and relationship plans.
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast funnel of identified opportunities to meet or exceed quota requirements.
  • Coordinate technical enablement for relevant partners and develop a technical enablement strategy that supports the channel sales strategy.
  • Foster engagement of internal sales and technical teams with sales and technical teams.
  • Participate in designing and executing marketing programs, events, and campaigns to create interest and awareness among Solution Provider clients.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies, value proposition, and competition.
  • Stay informed about industry, territory, existing and target accounts, and competitive landscape.
  • Able to travel up to 50%.

Requirements:

\
  • University/College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative enterprise solutions and successful GTM plans with leading Solution Provider Partners.
  • Significant experience working with diverse channel partners in the Nordics.
  • Expertise in growing and driving a channel program across the region.
  • Results-driven strategic thinker with initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • Effective communicator and presenter with negotiation skills and interpersonal skills influencing at senior levels.
  • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who can multitask, work independently, or within a team.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
