We're seeking a seasoned Sourcing and Procurement expert to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and manage the procurement plan for indirect spend in major investment projects.
About the Job
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the procurement plan for indirect spend in major investment projects
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize indirect spend
- Coordinating procurement activities with purchasing and sourcing teams
- Acting as a focal point for project organization, providing guidance and support for indirect spend related matters
Key Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Academic background within supply chain, engineering, business administration or other relevant field
- Extensive experience as procurement manager, preferably in project settings, ideally complemented by formal or informal leadership
- Experience in end-to-end procurement processes within indirect spend categories
- Experience with digital procurement tools (Coupa, ARIBA, SAP or similar)
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Danish is an advantage
