Financial Analyst Assistant

The Offshore Project Finance department at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy seeks a highly skilled student worker to support the team in their daily activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and supporting headcount reporting, as well as assisting with timely, relevant, and accurate cost allocations and invoicing.

In addition, the successful applicant will participate in monthly reporting and month-end closing activities, collaborating closely with the team and contributing to ongoing projects such as digitalization processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the team with financial data and analysis
• Preparing and reviewing financial reports and statements
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Experience with business analytics tools such as Power Query and Power BI is an advantage
• Self-driven with an eye for detail and analytical approach
• Passionate about financial digitalization and future-oriented projects
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
