The company is looking to hire a highly skilled Data Engineer to join its Data Engineering team in Copenhagen, reporting to the Data Engineering Team Lead. In this role, you will get the chance to work on building and maintaining the company's next generation Data Platform in Azure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the company's Data Platform in collaboration with peers
  • Advocate for software architecture patterns, efficient data processing, modern data integration, and solid data modelling
  • Collaborate in the continual analysis of project requirements in collaboration with teams across the organization
  • Participate in Agile team rituals (stand-up, planning, and retrospective)
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of the team's way of working
  • Take responsibility for own learning and development

Requirements

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have an educational background within computer science, software engineering, or other related fields, with a bachelor's degree as a minimum. We expect you to have 3+ years of relevant work experience within pipelines, infrastructure, or the platform world, including strong Python skills. Furthermore, it is a big advantage if you have experience within Microsoft Azure cloud.

As a person, we expect you to be open-minded, and willing to learn and further expand your existing experience in Data Engineering. You are curious, communicative, and able to work well on your own as well in a team.
