We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to strengthen our IT infrastructure and provide expert support for our SaaS solutions.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for upholding the stability, security, and performance of our SaaS solutions while providing top-notch support for Office 365, Windows, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities
  1. Administer, configure and maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud software, networks, and security systems.
  2. Provide technical support and setup for Windows workstations, Apple Macs, and Android/iOS mobile devices.
  3. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  4. Manage Office 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
  5. New user on/off boarding, asset and access management.
  6. Handle daily IT user support through tickets and Slack.
  7. Document IT procedures and provide user training when needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst, System Administrator or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD).
  • You thrive in delivering excellent and positive service to our employees.
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS device management.
  • Understanding of IT security best practices.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Great communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent English language proficiency required – Danish is a plus but not required.
  • Able to show a clean criminal record.
