Key Responsibilities

As the Budgeting Expert, you will be responsible for issuing production forecasts and participating in the budget and planning exercises. You will use your knowledge and experience to set up and maintain the framework to produce accurate forecasts with a quick turn-around, working together with various teams to gather information for the forecasts and deliver outputs to internal and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Issuing production forecasts for various budget exercises, including oil and gas production, water injection, gas export, flaring, and fuel consumption.
  • Verifying and sharing forecast data with internal and external stakeholders in due time and in relevant format.
  • Verifying shortfall estimation for offshore activities.
  • Issuing supporting material for budget exercises for management and HQ.
  • Reporting on actual performance compared to forecasts.
  • Building and maintaining tools for forecasting and reporting.
