Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our Aid & Relief, Air department in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

As a Logistics Coordinator in our Aid & Relief, Air department, you will be part of a well-functioning team that prioritizes cooperation and professional sparring. You will be responsible for coordinating full transport processes, from submission of offers to final delivery, documentation, and invoicing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordination with customers, warehouses, airlines, and dispatch for timely movement of cargo.
• Follow-up with airlines to keep track of departure information and updates.
• Registration and approval of supplier invoices and transport documents.
• Providing excellent, timely, and proactive customer service at all times.
• Preparation of price quotations.
• Ensuring that internal procedures and guidelines are adhered to.
• Implementation of new customers, suppliers, and procedures.

We expect you to bring:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience from logistics or similar.
• Fluent English and Danish language skills.
• A hands-on approach to freight forwarding.
