The ideal candidate will have +10 years of experience in managing teams of +10 members in larger industrial corporates, with +5 years as a director or similar. Strong knowledge of the markets, products, processes, and customer requirements in the manufacturing of equipment for the feed & biofuel industry is essential.
Key responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing business performance by cleaning out low-performers and expanding high-performers. This involves implementing suitable KPIs, tools, and processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for ROI-based life cycle management and strategic product innovation.
You will lead, develop, and mentor a strong and successful product management team with the right skillset, competencies, and mindset. Fostering continuous learning and development among team members is crucial. You will also establish productive collaboration with internal key stakeholders, such as other business units, industry managers, and manufacturing/operations.
A technical/technological background to discuss with engineers and R&D on a professional level is necessary. Sound commercial know-how to manage pricing, profitability, ROI, etc., is also required. Excellent English language skills are essential, and other languages are good to know.
