Telecom Engineer - Project Lead

Aibel AS is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Engineer to lead our project team in the development of innovative telecom solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing and revising vital telecom documentation and drawings, including block diagrams, loop diagrams, and plot plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team in the development of telecom solutions
  • Produce and revise telecom documentation and drawings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of telecom systems, including PA systems, emergency battery systems, and CCTV systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and standards, including NPD, ATEX, IEC61892, and Norsok

Requirements:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in telecommunications
  • Proven experience in telecom engineering and project leadership
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
