The Procurement Manager, Indirect Spend at AGC Biologics plays a critical role in optimizing our procurement strategy, focusing on indirect spend sourcing activities and operational purchase order processes. Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize indirect spend, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement projects and ensure timely project completion, leveraging expertise in global supply chain processes and procurement concepts.
* Lead complex procurement activities for services, products, and CAPEX equipment in the Copenhagen facility, ensuring alignment with business needs and market trends.
* Drive cost savings initiatives through tenders and negotiations, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
* Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in multinational companies within the life sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.
* Proven track record of successful team leadership, with expertise in collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving.
* Strong understanding of procurement concepts, global supply chain processes, and cGMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing principles, with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, along with advanced oral and written communication skills in English and Danish.
