Business Process Management Assistant

This Student Support Specialist position offers an exciting opportunity to work in our Business Process Management team, where you will support various teams across the department with data visualization and administrative tasks.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating engaging Power BI reports and dashboards based on input from relevant managers.
- Maintaining and enhancing existing Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure they meet performance requirements.
- Collaborating with local responsible to set up and maintain digital status boards within different departments in the Business Unit.
- Handling various administrative tasks, including manual data entry and database clean-up.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to transform input from colleagues into effective Power BI solutions.
You should also be self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and eager to develop your skills in data visualization and reporting.
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., PivotTables, lookup formulas), and familiarity with SQL and relational databases, would be advantageous.
A degree in Business Intelligence, IT, Business Economics, or Management Engineering is essential, along with fluency in English, both spoken and written.
We are seeking a candidate who can commit to working 10-15 hours per week at our office and adapting to their academic schedule.
