About the RoleThis strategic digital transformation project requires expertise in business process design, capability mapping, and SAP integration. As a skilled Business Process Architect, you will develop and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Define and map business capabilities to support strategic goals and align with the warex solution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify pain points, and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with IT architects to ensure business processes are supported by IT infrastructure and align with technical specifications.
- Ensure business processes align with SAP standards and leverage SAP functionalities effectively.
- Support site assessments by analyzing current business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, capabilities, and requirements.
- Lead business process modeling and optimization initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts across business process management and architecture.
- Solid experience in business process management and optimization.
- Proven expertise in developing and maintaining business architecture frameworks.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and gather business requirements effectively.
- Technical acumen with experience in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
- Understanding of SAP standards and functionalities, with the ability to integrate business processes with SAP modules.
