The Role
">As our new Quality Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in developing our quality area. Reporting to our Lab and Quality Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:

- Evaluate and implement procedures to ensure compliance with GMP+FSA and EU Feed regulations;">
- Handle non-conformities, customer complaints, and customer service effectively;">
- Prepare documentation for product registration and for customers/authorities;">
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to maintain quality standards;">
- Approve new suppliers based on rigorous evaluation criteria;">
- Implement cross-department projects to drive business growth and improvement.">
Your Background
">We're looking for a highly skilled professional with a Master's degree in quality engineering or equivalent, and minimum 5 years of experience in the quality area. You should possess strong technical understanding and interest, as well as a forward-thinking analytical mindset and structured way of working.
You'll be a natural networker with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills welcome.
