We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Customer Service Professional to join our Nordic Supply Chain team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our customer service team, driving improvements to optimize supply chain flow, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include people development, liaising with customers and suppliers, local BPO of the Order To Cash process, data analysis, and providing input to Supply Chain Monthly Reviews and Management Team meetings.

Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or customer service, preferably within FMCG. Strong communication skills, knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, ERP skills, and understanding of EDI systems are also required. A high level of customer focus and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this position.

We offer a competitive salary between 1100000 and 1300000 DKK per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
