We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Development Manager to lead the long-term strategic development of our supply chain across the Element and Mould (E&M) value chain.

\

This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles and leadership experience in project management, team leadership, or as part of an executive team.

The ideal candidate will have analytical and methodical skills, be self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative in driving change.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the E&M supply chain.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize supply chain performance.\
  • Design and implement new supply chain solutions to meet evolving business needs.\
  • Explore strategic opportunities to optimize and digitize supply chain processes for greater efficiency.
