We are looking for an experienced IT professional who can lead and develop our IT Service Management processes and ensure stable operation of our systems. You will work closely with other departments within Bankdata, including IT operations, development teams and external suppliers.

You will be responsible for the following areas:

• IT Service Management: Development and adaptation of processes, as well as collaboration with other units.
• Data Protection: Ownership of all system establishment and development of procedures and control plans.
• Conflict Resolution: Isolation and utilization of complex tasks from each other.
• Collaborative Culture: Focus on knowledge sharing and common learning, so we play well together and ensure high quality in our Incident Management work.

In this role, you will have opportunities to:
