About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Engineer to join our Cloud Management Center team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, configuration, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
  • Perform 24/7 on-call duties for middleware components and technical issues
  • Manage environment and configuration settings for optimal performance
  • Deploy containerized application components and manage secrets and certificates
  • Ensure resilience and failover management for critical systems
  • Implement disaster recovery and performance management strategies
  • Configure end-to-end monitoring and alerting systems
  • Set up end-to-end logging systems

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with containerized applications (OpenShift) and messaging/streaming databases
  • Strong automation/scripting skills for deployment, configuration, and monitoring
  • Experience with site reliability engineering and operational experience with business-critical services
