About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our IT System Management and Operations team. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in quality, delivery, cost, environment, health & safety.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of IT professionals to manage people and business processes.
2. Drive continuous improvement through technology introduction, best practices sharing, and change management.
3. Implement site-specific strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement within your team and production facilities.
4. Set goals for your team, provide performance feedback, and ensure clear communication between employees and stakeholders.
5. Manage local IT systems and budget for efficient operations of production facilities.
6. Maintain compliance with current and future GxP standards and external requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharma, IT, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with fluency in English.
• Knowledge of manufacturing IT systems, including MES, DCS, and PLC systems, hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with GxP standards and regulatory requirements.
