About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced business partner to join our Business Excellence team as a transformational business partner. In this role, you will drive our ambition towards increased stability, efficiency, and scalability.
You will work closely with our leaders to design and implement management systems that deliver tangible business outcomes. Your expertise in Lean principles and systems will be crucial in developing people and transferring learning to others.
In addition, you will lead coaching and training at all levels of our organization and communicate our strategy and way of working to our colleagues.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a business with a strong emphasis on Lean and Change Management.
- They will have a highly visual and structured approach, working persistently to achieve business results.
- Expertise in management systems, stakeholder management, and leadership development across all levels of the organization is essential.
- Excellent communication, listening, and training skills are required, along with a passion for teaching others the application of lean principles and systems.
