Overview

STARK GROUP IT is embarking on a digital transformation journey, replacing legacy systems and transitioning to a modular and flexible integrated setup. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for overseeing frontend infrastructure operations and collaborating with external partners to ensure seamless results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage frontend infrastructure components such as Intune and SCCM, ensuring the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of frontend systems and applications.
  • Maintain the stability, security, and scalability of services, identifying and resolving infrastructure incidents and problems in a timely manner.
  • Act as the primary contact for external infrastructure and security vendors, managing relationships and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans in coordination with partners to ensure timely recovery in case of disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing components like Intune and SCCM.
  • Strong grasp of ITIL frameworks for incident, problem, change, and release management.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Work Environment:

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle infrastructure challenges efficiently. Experience working in an outsourced IT environment is beneficial. We are headquartered in Frederiksberg, Denmark.
