About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient working, fast decision-making processes, and continuous retrospective learnings. You will also be responsible for leading projects from NPD projects (Development) to PMI activities (Maintenance) with a full Value Chain perspective.

  • You will collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales to drive project forward.
  • You will create and manage project plans, follow-up, and coordinate activities within the project team.
  • You will lead effective communication towards key stakeholders and ensure that the project team remains motivated and performs at a high level.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop innovative products that meet customer needs, and contribute to the success of our company.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have several years of project leadership experience in a complex multi-project environment with the ability to facilitate good cooperation across a matrix organization.

  • You have project management experience with solid Value Chain knowledge across supply chain, procurement, R&D & Product Management.
  • You have experience in project process, project quality, continuous improvement, and optimization.
  • You can motivate the team and lead the way forward in a changing environment.
  • You are an excellent collaborator with strong communication skills and passionate about working with cross-functional colleagues.
  • You are resilient when things are tough, able to remove roadblocks in collaboration with the team and look for different ways to achieve objectives.
