About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A (Nordics). As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering initiatives across budgeting/forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, modeling, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning and execution of quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports to management, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Undertake in-depth variance analysis on financial results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and enhance financial models and reports to streamline processes, drive efficiencies, and increase visibility of numbers and their key drivers.
  • Leverage data tables through SQL scripts to drive automation and simplification of processes.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within reasonable timeframes, demonstrating a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Act as a business partner to senior stakeholders across the Nordics business, supporting them on budgeting and expense tracking/analysis, and other relevant projects.
  • Collaborate with the central FP&A/data teams to improve the accuracy of our forecasting and reporting.
  • Provide support and guidance on financial reporting and month-end close processes to the broader finance team.
  • Assist in the evaluation of business cases for senior management, ensuring a thorough and data-driven approach.
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • A hands-on, driven, and proactive approach, with a strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively as a team player.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of working with large datasets to derive insights and drive business decisions.
  • A growth mindset, always looking for more efficient and effective ways of working, with a high level of attention to detail and a willingness to challenge numbers and validate outputs.
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging business metrics and drivers to build financial models from scratch, with intermediate-level SQL skills.
  • Experience with Google (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Excel) products, with a strong ability to work in an FMCG or SaaS business environment.
