The Customer Journey Optimizer will be responsible for ensuring that all interactions with customers are seamless, efficient, and tailored to their individual needs. They will analyze customer data, identify pain points, and develop solutions to improve the overall customer experience.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence others. The ideal candidate will have a retail or sales background combined with a strong business understanding. They should be able to think end-to-end, go from 'helicopter view' to detailed view, and have a strong problem-solving mindset and analytical toolbox.

The Customer Journey Optimizer will work closely with Commercial, Digital & Tech, and other business functions to identify business opportunities and needs by understanding current pain points and store needs to elevate the customer experience. They will also nurture strong relationships with Clusters to encourage feedback, share best practices, and lessons learned to drive future improvements.

The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of field experience in retail or service industry, experience from working in a cluster/global organization, preferably in a retail environment, good technical understanding, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management tools.
