Job DescriptionThis role involves working as part of a global Category Management team who work across all of Pandora's indirect spend. You will be reporting to the Director of Global Category Management.
You will furthermore be working closely with the Strategic Sourcing team, the local Procurement teams globally and stakeholders across the Pandora organization.
- Executing and delivering on Projects and Strategies in accordance with our Global Cost Program targets for the Category.
- Maintaining the governance for the Category and subcategories.
- Delivering results within areas such as top- and bottom-line impact, risk management, sustainability & compliance management.
- Drive sourcing projects alone and together with the sourcing team.
- Negotiation lead with key global suppliers.
- Maintaining the supplier relation management (SRM) approach.
- Managing the Category objectives (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will have +3 Years of experience from roles within Category Management, Sourcing, Procurement or similar in a global/international setting.
