Role Summary

About the Position
  • This position requires conducting thorough market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and relevant insights for the Brand strategy.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Consumer Insights, Marketing, and Design, to ensure successful implementation and alignment with specific owned domains.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to foster trusted relationships with stakeholders, integrate their insights into the strategy development process, and communicate the Brand strategy in a compelling manner.
Main ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis and Competitor Insights
  1. Collaborate with Consumer Insights (CI) and the Marketing team to conduct market analysis and identify key trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape relevant to the Brand strategy.
  2. Perform competitor research to gain insights into competitor activities, strengths, and weaknesses.
  3. Utilize market and competitive intelligence to inform and refine the Brand strategy.
Develop and Execute Brand Strategies
  1. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Brand strategies aligned with our overall business objectives in close collaboration with the Marketing team and wider stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate closely with the GBU and DBU team and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation with respect for their specific owned domains.
  3. Foster trusted relationships with stakeholders, integrating their insights into the strategy development process.
  4. Communicate the Brand strategy in a compelling manner, emphasizing its benefits and aligning it with broader brand goals.
  5. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive buy-in, belief, and alignment to the Brand strategy.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
  1. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track the progress and impact of Brand strategies.
  2. Analyze performance data, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
  3. Regularly communicate updates on strategy implementation and achievements, fostering a sense of shared success.
Key Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
  2. E2E experience in marketing, strategic planning, business development, or related roles, with a focus on brand building.
  3. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategies that achieved buy-in, belief, and alignment from cross-functional teams.
  4. Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
  5. Strong ability to be agile and adaptable as well as navigate through change and ambiguity.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
