ESG Specialist

Teradyne Inc. is a pioneering company in the field of automation, with a mission to make technology accessible to everyone, anywhere. We are seeking an ESG Specialist to join our team and contribute to our vision of creating a world where people work with robots, not like robots.

• Collaborate with the Quality Director and Head of ESG to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and develop strategies for sustainable growth.
• Lead the construction, analysis, and implementation of ESG reporting, including CBAM, PPWR/EPR, and CSRD.
• Develop and optimize processes for handling ESG data and reporting structure.
• Work closely with the Supply Base Management team and their suppliers to ensure ESG compliance.
• Support the implementation and certification of ISO standards.
• Participate in internal audits and contribute to the development of the Management System.

• ESG educational background with a minimum bachelor's/diploma degree.
• Proven experience in ESG work and reporting, preferably in a production company.
• Strong project management skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English language skills (verbal and written) and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Supply chain management experience is desirable.
