As a Business Development Associate at SUPERB, you will play a key role in our expansion into the quick-service segment. You will be responsible for signing up new customers by offering them our free subscription with POS and payments. If you love meeting new people, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that make their lives easier – this role is for you.

The job involves:

  • Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential quick-service businesses (cafes, bars, delis, takeaways).
  • Pitch & Demo: Show how our free subscription with POS and payments can simplify their business.
  • Closing & onboard: You own the full process from closing the deal to installing the setup at the customer.
  • Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities.
  • Own your area: You will be given your own territory with a mission of putting SUPERB flags on every corner.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in sales ideally in high-activity environments.
  • Danish fluency and comfortable with English as that is our business language.
  • A collaborative team player mentality who can build trust quickly.
  • Driven by targets and growth – you love signing new customers and hitting milestones.
  • Able to make quick decisions and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations or genuine interest in the restaurant industry is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license B and enjoy being out meeting customers.
  • You live in or near Aarhus.
