Procurement Specialist

Cadeler A/S is seeking a skilled Project Procurement Manager to secure a sustainable future in the green offshore wind industry.

• Develop and execute project procurement plans in collaboration with project teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations and tenders for project-required sourcing scopes.
• Analyze and mitigate risks related to project timelines and sourcing activities.
• Drive commercial engagement with third parties and suppliers for elaborating commercial proposals.
• Design and deploy structure, process requirements, and sourcing templates.
• Investigate opportunities to consolidate equipment/material requirements and seek standardization.
• Manage and resolve contractual issues with subcontractors.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving. You should have:

• A BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of work experience in Project Procurement within a relevant industry.
• Proficient stakeholder management skills with a flair for building strong networks.
• Prior professional experience with negotiation in contract management contexts.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility for international business travel.
